Guideline:
One full tray of five different dishes (5 total) can serve 50-65 people
One full tray of seven different dishes (7 total) can serve 65-85
One and a half trays of seven different dishes (7 fulls, 7 halves) can serve up to 100
We deliver within 15 miles for a charge of 15% of the order- minimum $500 order. All orders are plus tax. 5% surcharge on credit card transactions. Chaffing dishes are available for rent & based on availability- $15 plus refundable deposit of $50 per set. Our servings are based on the half tray, a full tray is two halves although the full tray is larger by dimension.
